I’m a transitioning US Navy submariner currently working as a Project Manager at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. I’m a tech enthusiast interested in FOSS, self-hosting, privacy, and cybersecurity. I also earned a BA in Global Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from CSU Monterey Bay in 2025.
I’ve been daily driving Linux Mint on my personal laptop and home server since 2023, and set up a Tailnet to connect my self-hosted Immich docker instance with my phone. I’ve been daily driving GrapheneOS on my Pixel 8a since 2024.
I’m currently studying hard for CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and PMP.
I started this website in 2025 to showcase my skills and record my progress.
